2. Accept where you are right now. Most of us look outward for acceptance when we should be looking to our selves. When people ask me where my confidence comes from, I often tell them it is because I truly try not to care what other people think. I do what makes me happy and what I feel I need to in order to grow and become the person I want to be.
3. Be Calm. Bringing some quiet and stillness into your life can help you see what is truly important in life. This silence also makes us spend time with only our thoughts. You will be surprised at the thoughts that come to you while trying not to think. If you find most of your thoughts are negative, this is the time and space to correct those. Take a breath and try to re-word the thought to something positive or simply counteract the thought with something you love about yourself. You can try meditation or yoga to help you with this process.
4. Take a look in the mirror. Often our judgments of others are simply our own personal insecurities. Try and attain why the judgment came to be. What was it that offended you so? Try and change the narrative, our inner voice is so strong and has a huge impact on how we see each other. by recognizing what we see in others we can correct our judgments to not only being more compassionate to other but to ourselves as well.
You are enough!
Deep Breath.
Love Always Sophie
