Day 5- It is a Journey

Dear Self:
Recognize that life and self-love is a journey and you are beautiful as you are. Choose to appreciate yourself and show yourself a little self-love every day.  We all do self-love a little different but it comes down to being grateful and recognizing all you do and making yourself happy to exude your best self.

I want you to write a letter to yourself stating where you are at right at this moment and telling yourself that you are happy to be here and now in this moment.

Redo the exercise from Day 1 and compare the two lists, how have they changed? Have they changed at all? Do not be discouraged if you aren’t yet where you want to be, change takes time.  Just know you have people around you who love and appreciate who you are.

Deep Breath.
Love Always, Sophie.

Day 4- Do Something Just for You!

▪️Pinterest @griffithheather▪️: Today you are going to spend at least an hour with yourself doing something that you love. You can spend the hour: sleeping, meditating, reading, taking a bath, the only stipulation is that it has to be for you and only you.

I want you to go over the feelings from Day 2 a few times, repeating that how much you love yourself and all you do!

Just Breath.

Day 3- You better Recognize!

Learn why its important to practice daily self care & why "me" time is not selfish.:

Recognize and document all the moments you feel the most in love with yourself in the next three days.

-          - What where you doing?
-         --Who was with you?
-         ---  What made you feel beautiful?

Did someone thank you for something you did for them? Did you complete something you thought would be impossible? Did you catch a look at yourself in the mirror or store window and liked what you saw?

Tell yourself throughout these days how much you love yourself. Thank your body and your mind for all it does.

Make sure to repeat everything that makes you feel in love with yourself!

Deep Breath.
Love Always, Sophie.

Day 2- Change Can be Good!

19 Quotes To Remind You That Valentine's Day Is Also About Loving Yourself #valentinesday: Today you are going to choose three feelings that you want to dominate in your life.  These three feelings should be something you are striving for more of in your life. For example if you want to be more grateful, peaceful and feel fulfilled, I want you to focus on that for the next four days.

I want you to find these feelings already in your life; you do not need to change anything to recognize that they are already there. Some peacefulness right before the rush of the beginning of the day, feeling grateful for someone or something that helped you through the day, feeling fulfilled because of everything you accomplished today! (Even if you didn’t complete the whole to do list)

To help you choose your three feelings, look back at your sheet from yesterday, anything negative you would like to make positive or anything you wish was on the list?

Every time you think something positive or have a particularly happy moment I want you to bring it back to the three feelings you want in your life.  Take a breath be thankful for it and focus on that situation contributing to your overall happiness.

Take time to speak to someone about the three feelings and what situations you felt them in, this will help you to remember. I find this is really nice at the end of the day and helps you close your eyes on a happy note.

Deep Breath.

Love Always, Sophie.

Day 1- Loving Who you are right at this moment

Welcome to Day one of the Love Yourself Series!

I am fearlessly; beautifully; authentically; me - by Anastasia Amour @ www.anastasiaamour.com:

Today I want you to take 10 mins, sit with a blank piece of paper and something to write with. Put your name in the middle of the paper and as fast as possible, write down any words that you think describe you all around it. Be as honest as possible here; list anything and everything that comes to your mind. When you have run out of words I want you to take a minute to look over your list.

1.       How many attributes are positive and how many are negative? What makes something negative?

2.       Of the negative descriptors can you flip them to be positive? If not, why do you attribute these to yourself, try and find the connection.

Accept where you are right now, who you are is valid and your feelings are important. We need to love ourselves, negative and positive.

Keep this sheet for further reflection on Day 2!

Deep Breath.
Love Always,
Sophie
