Recognize that life and self-love is a journey and you are
beautiful as you are. Choose to appreciate yourself and show yourself a little self-love
every day. We all do self-love a little
different but it comes down to being grateful and recognizing all you do and making
yourself happy to exude your best self.
I want you to write a letter to yourself stating where you
are at right at this moment and telling yourself that you are happy to be here
and now in this moment.
Redo the exercise from Day 1 and compare the two lists, how
have they changed? Have they changed at all? Do not be discouraged if you aren’t
yet where you want to be, change takes time.
Just know you have people around you who love and appreciate who you
are.
